關於Adobe Effects CC(2017)無法啟動的問題

　　　　Under the recent download a software Adobe Effects CC(2017), but how can not start the software, has been showing the picture of the problem, there are deeted after the re-download, so I would like to ask how to do, Thank you !

在下近日下載了Adobe Effects CC(2017)，可是卻怎麼也無法啟動該軟件，一直都是現實圖片中的文字，也有刪除重新下載，可一樣還是如此，所以借此想詢問一下我該問麼做，謝謝。

    Hi,

    Adobe After Effects supports Simplified Chinese.

    Change the language settings of your computer to Simplified Chinese, and then launch the application.

    就繁體中文用戶硬要我們用簡體是怎樣?!

      2020年的五月底，在我付費完後發現居然有這問題，ＰＣ有找到解決方法影片，但我才剛換了ＭＡＣ........要我把ＡＥ丟在旁邊無解的意思？

      無言，用個程式還要受限於語言

      那乾脆直接限制繁體中文使用者

      只能下載英文版不就好了

      還要切換電腦語言版本根本擾民

        而且他們根本不打算解決這個問題，都過多久了？

        不太了解為什麼願意做簡體中文，不做繁體中文？

        繁中使用者的月費有比較便宜嗎？

          很顯然他們根本沒有回答到問題，是Adobe他們軟體設定的問題。

          我們的電腦就是繁體中文，為什麼要突然改變OS成簡體中文？

            I met the same problem. I have modified the computer system to Simplified Chinese, but still can not start.

            我也是這樣，已經都修改OS簡體並重新下載，還是無法開啟，甚至也將 Creative Cloud 偏好設定改為簡體中文，或是改為英文，都一樣顯示同樣Licensing Error，快瘋掉！剛剛在線上問adobe客服，他還是無法幫我解決，試用都不行，怎麼敢買...

              我自己試的方法是

              1.先移除現有的AE （我是用Mac，用adobe的uninstall）

              2.更改CC(creative cloud）偏好設定成英文

              3.再下載一次AE（應該是英文版的）

              之後開啟AE都不要透過CC，用launchpad來開，就沒有問題了，你可以試試看。

              *我真的不知道Adobe是在回答什麼！ 花了錢還要受氣！

                我並不是特別在乎簡體中文跟繁體中文

                問題是官方今天收了錢，這種有問題不修丟在一邊的態度很不可取。

                    教學影片都是英文影片裡的選項也是英，何必硬性規定使用者的系統一定要簡体中文才能啟動？根本是在搞政治問題或打壓使用繁體中文的國家。
