2025년 버전은 다름이름으로 저장할때 최하위버전이 2023버전까지 저장이 되던데 그 밑의 하위버전으로는 따로 저장이 안되나요?

You can try to use the "Save a Copy as XML" and import that into earlier versions. I have not used it myself, but it might help here.
