애프터 이펙트만 계속 응답없음으로 멈춤니다.

어도비의 어떤 프로그램을 사용해도 멈추거나 하지 않지만

애프터 이펙트만 실행하자마자 응답없음으로 멈추거나

무사히 파일이 열린다해도 1분도 안되서 프로그램이 응답없음으로 멈추게 됩니다.

얼마전까지 25.3 버전으로 잘 작동되었는데 갑자기 프로그램이 멈추고 충돌현상이 일어나서

최종적으로 컴퓨터까지 갈아엎었지만 여전히 제대로 작동하지 않습니다.

도대체 어떻게 해야될지 모르겠어요

That’s not ideal. Sorry to hear about the crash.

 

Are there any error messages or a crash report? If you see the crash reporter after the crash, please provide your email ID to it and submit the report. We’ll be able to find the crash report on our end. Also, please share your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS version).

문제를 확인해주셔서 감사해요

시스템 사양은

CPU : Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8550U CPU @ 1.80GHz, 1992Mhz, 4 Core

OS : Microsoft Windows 11 Pro

Ram : 8GB

GPU : NVIDIA GeForce MX130

그리고 충돌현상에 대한 리포트는 뜨는게 없어요. 그냥 화면자체가 멈추는 상황입니다.

애프터 이펙트는 25.3버전을 사용 중에 있어요.

1월이 시작 되었을 때까지만해도 잘 작동했었는데 왜 갑자기 이렇게 됬는지를 모르겠어요….ㅠ
