102 GB of RAM is used while nothing is happening!

How do I resolve this RAM & CPU usage issue?

I'm working on a simple VFX project, adding blood to an actor's face.

I need to key out the color blue.

My RAM & CPU usage shoots through the roof before I add or do anything beyond importing the video file.

The video is a 6K braw file that's about 20.6 GB

These are my machine specs. My drivers are up to date.
