24.1 still lags when changing comp frame rate

This was supposedly fixed for this version, but I'm still experiencing long delays when I try to change the frame rate. The more layers there are the longer the delay.

    Correct. With Preview checkbox checked it is significantly faster. 11 seconds vs 2 minutes.

      With Preview enabled it was faster? Or am I reading the info wrong?

        I timed it this time. With the checkbox unticked, it took 2 minutes exactly with 159 layers (mostly shape layers) going both ways from 60fps (XD default on import) to 24fps and back again. With the checkbox ticked it took 11 seconds. That's not as bad, but I did not expect it to be that quick.

        On the flipside, there is NO lag when changing dimensions or duration. I think there was lag before when changing comp dimensions.

          If you uncheck the Preview checkbox before changing the framerate is the delay reduced?
