27::9 After effects error: attempt to remove item from a position outside of list length

After the latest update 22.6 the above error has been making my life hell. This happens mostly when I try to go back [cmd z] or shift something in the comp. But to be honest there are no regularities, it sometimes just happens.

MacOS Monterey 12.5.1

3,2 GHz 8-Core Intel Xeon W

32 GB 2666 MHz DDR4

Radeon Pro Vega 56 8 GB

Cleared cache, database, restarted multiple times. Any ideas?

I often face this issue as well, especially when working with geolayers (Map creation plugin for after effects) and this error is happening in After effects v22.6

If you are using specific scripts or plug-ins, it may be time to looks for updated versions. It's the most commo0n cause for this specific error - outdated versions messing with internal lists like the undo queue or the property lists in the timeline and effects panel. Trashing the prefs and letting them be regenerated with defaults may also be advisable.
