2nd monitor playback tearing

Question

any1 knows why my 2nd monitor (Mercury Transmit) is tearing during playback?

main, composition plays ok.

and both monitors play videos with no problem with a player (mpc-hc)

also tried the solution to turn Vsync ON, in Nvidia 3D settings, didnt help.

Could you share the following settings?

What's the exact version of After Effects you're using?
What are your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS version) and details of the monitors?
What are the details of the media you're working with (frame rate, frame size, format/codec)?
