3D Camera Tracker Providing Unrealistic Numbers

Upon using the 3D Camera Tracker effect, it properly tracks my clip and puts points that follow and seem realisitc. When I click create camera, the camera is given some crazy calculated numbers for it's location, and all text or solids (etc), are extremely small and seem to have location issues when scaled up (they vere off from where the tracker says they are). Here is a clip of my timeline:

it is legit so small it is the red dot in the bottom left corner.

I have no idea where to go from here, I can provide as much information as needed, thanks in advance for anyone's help!
