3D Camera Tracker Troubles

I'm trying to use the 3D camera tracker to place my own video on the television set that the woman is watching (circled).  However, when I inputted my video, it comes out blurry. I tried calling Adobe Support but they just sent me the 3D tracker manual which is not helping in this instance. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong and any help would be appreciated.

Not sure why it's blurry (depth of field maybe?) but you might consider using the included Mocha AE for screen replacements.

I made a tutorial a while back for tablet and phone screens, but the process is the same:

Thank you so much! This worked much better than the method I was using

Without any info about what the graphic is actually is and how it really looks just as well what the actual 3D scene looks liek we can't really tell you much. This could be anything from the usual AE bugs to the scale of the solve simply being wacky and the footage being scaled to death.
