3D Dont work 24.1

When I use After Effects and put something in 3D, this appears, and then it closes automatically without first asking me to save

but if I convert a simple text into 3d it just crashes, what happens?

It would be great if you could help me, I have to finish a client's project quickly, and 3D doesn't work for me.
