3D layer box have 2 cubes Inside the check box.

I am working off a template from Motion Array and I have to edit text layer that have 3d ckeckbox selected but instead of single cube there is are 2 cubes. If i unselect it and select it back it desplays one cube, and my text is not in the right position. How do i get back to  2 cubes in the check box?
