How can I switch from form 2 to form 1, i'm a beginner lol

Are you referring to the 3D gizmo? If so, the gizmo shown in the 1st image has been updated to the one shown in the 2nd image in the newer version of After Effects.

Would you mind sharing more details on what are you trying to achieve?

Debes actualizar After Effects al menos desde la versión 2020.

yeah, i was talking about 3d gizmo, form 1 looks more useful

i'm pretty sure that's just the way it is in AE. the one on the left is from cinema 4d.
