3D Material Import Inconsistencies in After Effects
Hi. I'm hoping someone at Adobe can confirm what I think I've already figured out through trial and error. I have scenes and models textured in Adobe Stager that I am trying to import into After Effects bringing the materials along with the import. As an example I've imported a .glb file with around 6 bodies each with a different material used. Some of the materials make the journey to AE and some do not leaving my scene partially textured. Glass materials and others using translucency don't seem to work while a basic rubber or plastic material will work. Has anyone else had missing materials and does anyone at Adobe want to verify that not all materials are currently compatible? We're so close to being able to use AE for our motion graphics but our products are moslty glass!
