3d Stroke not appearing exactly on mask

when i use 3d stroke and create a mask the stroke is not appearing on the mask but eslewhere. when im on full resolution it appears on the mask but when im on half or quarter low than the full resolution this happens

It's called "3D Stroke" for the simple reason that it responds to the camera in 3D space, not 2D. Start by actually adding a camera layer and as Rick already pointed out, make sure you didn't make a mess by enabling 3D switches on the layer or using transforms. You may want to (re-)watch the tutorials on how 3DStroke is supposed to be used and how it works.

99.9% posibility that the layer you ware wofing on has been scaled and repositioned You can't do that.
