My humble opinion is that you did not use the right workflow. You probably failed to set an origin and ground plane, then add a solid and a camera so you could track that surface, then you failed to pick another surface to use as the placeholder for the text layer. Your text layer is floating in space somewhere between all of the other surfaces so as the parallax changes, the text looks like it is floating.

I took your clip, ran Camera Tracking, established an origin and ground plane on the hillside to the right of the bridge then added a couple more solids with Grids and/or blend modes on a couple of buildings, normalized the track, and added a bridge surface and then built up the 3D space by carefully organizing the 3D space. When all of that was done I added a text layer, made it 3D then placed it above and just in front of the bridge deck. I got this. Took me about 30 minutes.

I'm sharing the project and here's a time-lapse video of the workflow. I could have probably sped up the process if I had access to a higher resolution master and done some color correction and masking to get a better track on the bridge deck.

The only thing wrong with your project is a lack of understanding of the proper workflow and the proper setup of the Origin and Ground plane and some reference solids to establish some suitable surfaces.

The video should be available by about 12:45 pacific time.

I uploaded the project file so you can take a look. One of these days I'll do an in-depth tutorial on Camera Tracking.

The Average Error of 0.55 is sufficient to provide good track points. However, where these good points occur within the scene has to be judged by you, by eyeballing the tracked points. Good track points are those that stay visible throughout the shot. The shorter a track point stays on screen, the less reliable it is as a source for use when inserting CG into the shot.

There is currently no indication as to the quality of the displayed track points along the bridge. I suggest you go through the timeline to see which of the bridge's track points are of the best quality. Then use these. If you have fewer than three then even one or two will do, eventhough with fewer than three tracked points you will have to input your own orientation/rotation values.

If these steps do not help, you can try enhacing the contrast of the footage in a precomp and then nest this comp before applying AE's Camera Tracking feature. Hopefully, the enhanced-for-tracking footage will provide more reliable, better quality points to work with.

There is simply not enough genuine parallax. The camera barely shows any perspective changes other than the sideway motion due to apparently a very long lense having been used. This is most likely a job for an advanced tracking tool like SynthEyes that allows marker placement and auxiliary geometry for scene calibration. Other than that you can always try to pin your text to the bridge using a conventional 2D track in Ae itself or in mochaAE.
