I'm Thai not good at eng lang. pls teach me how to fix this for easy lang to understand. I have this problem for along time but I can't fix

I have same issue, I'm using Macbook M1 Max 32GB, same issue have I also with warp stabilizer. I hope, the new update is gonna solve that.

      I had the same problem past week and the solution for me was to uninstall After Effects Beta and the previous version. Currently in 23.0 an it works correctly.

       

      Do you have any other version installed?
