3D view options dissappear on 4k monitor

Question

I've seen previous posts about view options not appearing in the comp window, but my issue is slightly different. It started happening after I got a new 4k monitor. I have fully 3d scenes, with cameras, 3d layers, etc, and the view options are still not showing up. However, when I move my comp window to my second, HD monitor, they come back! Also, I have my 4k monitor set to scale text, etc to 150% - when I switch it to 100%, the view options come back. This is all very weird and frustrating - can anyone shed any light on this?
