5 minute countdown script im using is starting to quick. I need to have the 5:00 to stay up longer before it starts counting down. how to I adjust the script to do this or is there another way?

Save the 5:00 mark as an alpha-channeled still.  Import into AE.  Put it at the head of your comp.  Make it any length you want. Move the layer with the expression to the frame immediately after the still.  Done.
