Hi Gulya Gomez,

Welcome to the community and sorry for your issue.

Would you mind sharing your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS version)? Also, does it happen with all the projects? What if you create a new project, add some solid and text layers and try to export to the Media Encoder?

Let us know the results.

Thanks,

Nishu

Hi Nishu,

What was the result of this inquiry? I also have this problem between Media Encoder and After Effects. I'm also having a problem with After Effects rendering Quicktime Movies that can't be opened by Quicktime.

I'm trying to untangle this whole mess and any help you could offer is appreciated!

Are you running Windows? If so, sounds like you need to install the HEVC codec for .mov wrapped footage. I think it only costs around a dollar. Worth it. Please try that and report back. It would help others to find out your solution.

If you are having trouble with dynamic link, please make sure your version of Media Encoder is the most current one: 22.1.2.

Thanks,
Kevin
