8K Problems

Question

I've been asked to upscale a comp I made from 4K to 8K and I used the scale comp script but some effects are now giving me image buffer errors, namely optics compensation, which refuses to do a 4X stretch when working inside of an 8K composition. I can render it with a 2X stretch, but the composition is not the same.

Anyone got any clever workarounds? This is 24.6.3

Realizing that 7680 x 4 = 30,720 so that effect is running into some sort of buffer wall...Anyone got a beta version that circumvents this :-). Realizing this is some core rendering code but ooooh boy if more people want to finish in 8K anytime soon we are in for a world of hurt. @jenkmeister17177426
