a dental doctor want to learn few video edits in adobe after effects

hello all i am dr sourav malhotra from jammu, india, i want to learn about editon motion graphics that i can uise toshow my dental treatment videos, i have asked so many influncers but no one is ready to help and thery run courses for a hefty amount of money. can anyone help me to unlock this video, like this effect that he used in this video, i have tried saber effects buyt its not that. please help.

To make the outline on the teeth, I think they have drawn masks onto a black solid, then used the Stroke effect to animate them and used a transfer mode (or the effect's own settings) to show just the lines.

For the text effect, I think they have used Saber. Add a new solid and add the Saber effect to that, then in Customise Core, set Core Type to Text Layer and point it to your text.

Then I used the preset Arc Reactor but changed the colour to yellow.
