A pic is stuck as a background

Hey!

So basically a pic became my background composition and i'm not able to remove it. I only have that when I put the composition 1080x1080 and it's not really a background because when I add a clip and I scale reducing it I see a black background, not that frame. I started a lot of new compositions but nothing happens..the frame (the pic) is still there!

Look, the pic is still there and I don't have the pic where I edit.

This is hard to explain so i'm sorry if you don't understand, i don't know what is going on.

Make sure your graphic driver is up to date,

Purge the memory: Edit -> Purge -> All memory and Disk cache,

close after effects and restart it again.

If that does not work, restart your Mac , create new comp .

if none of the above solve the problem, reset Preferences settings
