A specific piece of footage will not have audio in AE

Hello, I am working on a video that has multiple interviews and the footage of one interview will not have sound in ae. It has sound when I play it outside of ae. It used to work but ever since I move to AE 2023 it has stopped. All other footage works fine. I am unsure what the issue might be.

If it's happening with a particular media file, it is possible that the media file is faulty. What are its properties (format/codec)? Also, what's the source? Is it a screen recording? As a workaround, you can try transcoding the footage before importing it in After Effects.
