About after effect requirements

Will After Effects work? In the broadest and most general sense it will, but it will really not be a smooth experience. You could possibly improve the situation by installing the older 2018 or 2019 versions, which had lesser requirements, but of course also don't have some features. Either way, be prepared that things like realtime previews will basicalyl never work satisfactorily and you have to use RAM previews and a few other things. Small, short projects for web clips and similar should be doable, but a large VFX project or commercial would require a much more powerful machine.
