About errors in Motion Graphics templates

When I load a .mogrt file I made with After Effects in Premiere Pro, it says "This file is corrupted. Please upload a new file."

I didn't do anything special.
I just write normally.

Please let me know if you have any solution.

Without your system, OS, AE version, Premiere version, workflow, design details, and some screenshots, we have no way at all to help you figure out what is going wrong. If your AE version and Premiere version are in sync, almost any comp can be used to create a working MOGRT. Starting in the Extended Graphics workspace is always a good idea.
