accidentally changed After Effects template

Brand new user of this program. I accidentally changed the template/layout of After Effects.

Previously, my video would be in the center, files on the left, editing area on the bottom. Now I have two separate windows side by side. I have no idea what I did.

Anyone know how to change it back? Or, at the least, how to reset defaults. Thanks!

    Workspace templates are under Window > Workspace (sounds like you described Standard).

    If you accidentally saved over the defaults just press Ctrl+Alt+Shift on Windows or Command+Option+Shift on a Mac (if I remember) while the application is starting. That will reset all preferences.
