Acreage Overlay in After Effects

Hi, I am new to After Effects and I am hoping that somehow I can with some help from this community, figure out how to place an acreage overlay on my aerial footage of various 5 and 10 acre parcels. We do high altitude aerial videos for acreage and I need to outline the acreage and highlight it so the viewers can see where the actual acreage is located in the aerial video. I have searched YouTube and it has been helpful but still not the answer. Does anyone know of a technic? or an instructional video I can view??

    Study up on the Camera Tracker. You should also learn how to calibrate your camera and remove lens distortion.

    You should also  become very familiar with the basics.
