Action / Events register

Hi there,

Is there an "Action/Event" log where I can view all the activity that has occurred within the project? In audio digital audio workstations (DAWs) like FL Studio, there's typically a feature similar to a notepad document where all your actions, such as applying effects or adjusting volume, are recorded. This log allows you to clearly track what changes have been made to specific samples, VSTs, and more.

If you're familiar with how to access this feature or know how to enable it, please do let me know.
