Added Distortion to Layer After "Reshape" Effects

Hey, so I'm working on a project that requires me to morph an object using the reshape tool. Reshape works totally as planned until I go to keyframe the position of the object. As I shifted to the right, the edge of the objects gets added distortion that is unfixable.

 

I've tried to precomp the object, which didn't help. Any ideas? It seems to only happen when a keyframe is applied, as I'm able to freely position the object.

 

Using AE 22.3 on Windows 11 machine. Thanks!

This is to be expected and neither a bug nor an issue of any other ilk. The Reshape effect is only meant for static morphs. If you need more complex stuff you have to invest those 700 bucks for RevisionFX RE:Flex or at least a few bucks per month into Boris FX' morph effect.
