Hey guys,

I am wondering how to put another clip over my rotobrush. I have a rotobursh outline of a computer screen, I want to put a clip over that outline, so that something different is shown on the computer screen. I also would like the new clip to follow the movement of the computer screen. Any help is greatly appreciated, thank you!

The new screen needs to be below the Rotobrushed layer. You should pre-compose Rotobrush before you place the new clip below the layer.

Tracking depends on the shot. Rotobrush is not often used to replace computer screens. Tracking in Mocha AE and masking, also in Mocha, is usually the preferred method. If the computer screen is a solid color, keying is a better option than Rotobrush.

An embedded screenshot showing the modified properties of the layers (press uu) will give us a better idea of how to help. Drag it to the reply field instead of dragging it to the Attach button below the reply area.

A description of the movement in the shot is critical to point you to the most efficient tracking method.

I did this tutorial a long time ago. It shows the Mocha AE workflow. The current version of Mocha AE has a slightly different way to get the corner pin data and the mask into AE, but the tracking workflow and the compositing workflow are the same.
