Adding a Graphic to a Tshirt on a person in a video

Is there a tutorial or a way to add a graphic onto a tshirt while its on a person standing infront of a wall just barely moving without using a plugin that cost a arm and a legg in AE

1) track markers to obtain 4-point Corner Pin data for the Insert Layer & individual Transforms (to remove the markers)
2) in AE remove markers with Individual Transforms tracking data
3) apply insert layer into tracked area with Corner pin tracking data
4) use t-shirt as displacement map
