I have a animation which have one pair of In and Out animation keyframes in which they contain middle animation also.

I want to link In and out animation keyframes with one pair of markers (One In and One Out) but with middle animation without change its speed/Freeze it.

Is I do this in after effects with markers or it have a other methods.

For more information

i Have a whole comp of animation with multiple separate layers. Whole animation are in comp and that comp is in another comp and i want to animate that particular keyframes which has In and Out animation.

This is What i'm talking about-

And this is the Comp That contain this-

I want to add 1 marker to first 4 pair of keyframes and another 1 to other 4s

Yes, i try it but that is the problem, it change the speed of whole animation and i don't want it.

I just need to link/sync keyframes to the markers(out of the comp).

It will very very helpful to me (i think!).

Have you tried Time Remapping? It seems like the perfect solution here.
That said, if you're wanting to CHANGE the amount of time in the middle, and those values are changing... it will, by definition, change the speed of the animation.
