Hi all, as you can see from the screenshots - I have an adjustment layer (Lens Flare) on a smaller composition that is in the wrong position when I resize up to 4k in another.

You answered your own question: Using continuous rasterization/ collapsed transformations messes with rendering order, including effects coordinates. You cannot use this method and will have to create the flare in the actual main comp.

Adding effects like Lens Flair to an Adjustment layer is generally a bad idea. Pre-composing an adjustment layer is also not the best workflow. Add it to a black solid and set the blending mode to Screen or Add or just add it to your nested comp (the pre-comp).

Thanks for the recommendation Rick! Will implement that from now on.
