Adobe AE crashes whie editing

I started and effect, yet when I attemot to move keyframes in the expanded screen (~) if the time line, the app crashes. This is the error message:

Last log message was: <31954> <prefetch> <5> RequestPrefetchedFrame frame not in async list!

I uninstalled the app and reinstalled.

Does the same issue happen if you create a new project from scratch? If so, would you also reset the preferences?
