Adobe AE preview video will have no sound output when switch ITS mode to BSM and back to EPM mode

Hi Adobe developer ; I met a problem recently, when I use your AE client to edit any video file, it may have no sound out put when I just change the performance mode of my computer, and I'm sure it only happened when I use AE client, so do you have any known issue like this? Please help to share it to me, or you can fix this issue in next version? Thanks!
