adobe after effect

hi im a student but i want to learn after effect but im a 13 yeas old will not go to a montage specialty 

i know there is a student plan but i only want after effect to learn it only then when i be pro at it i will but and work + all week we study just some hourse in a week i can learn an app with it is there is something i can do to use after effect for free+legit ?

You can sign up for a student plan for CC. You will need to inquire about the specifics with your regional sales representative - whoever that is.

i dont learn all the day i have to study this is a loss why adobe don't make like other programs like 6 months free but not commercial licencing or even a free version but with watermark  to learn it only

I'm only guessing here, but I would imagine Adobe have looked at those options and concluded there's ways to break the watermark or that those modesl just don't convert users into customers.

As you're 13, why not ask your Art / Computing teachers about a licence.  Your school may already have a subscription for education.  You wouldn't be able to have it on your home PC, but I'll bet you could arrange a time on the school computers.
