Adobe After Effect cant continue :the common

I cant open After effect,I reinstall tons of time and I look up on the internet and change the permision to read and wrties too and it still desont work. Please help

Would you mind sharing your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS)? What is the exact version of After Effects are you using? https://community.adobe.com/t5/after-effects/faq-how-to-find-the-exact-version-of-after-effects-you-...

Could you try creating a new user account on your computer (with admin rights) and see if it works fine in it?
