Adobe after effect Interface settings

Here are two question I want to ask.

1. What is the font AE interface gonna apply when I turn 'useAdobecleanfont' into false in debug? Is it possible to change the interface font as whatever I want ?

2.Is it possible change the UI arrow of AE 2019 (or above ) into the version in AE 2018? 

The arrow is the one that appears in effect control pannel, proporties control pannel and effect searching pannel. The arrow has turned into a triangle line instead a white solid triangle since AE 2019 released. I really like the design of solid triangle, and also the interface font in AE 2018.

So I wonder if there is way to do some change in AE interface
