Hi default35971078qx4bip,

Welcome to the community. Please share the following details so that we can troubleshoot the issue properly.

  • What are your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS version)?
  • What's the version of After Effects you're using?
  • Do you get any error messages or crash reports? Please share if you do.

We're here to help, just need more info.

Note: Moving this thread from Bugs to Discussions for troubleshooting.

Thanks,

Nishu
