Adobe After Effects 18.2.1 not responding

hi guys, my after effects keep on crashing and not responding . i tried reinstall adobe cloud and after effects , empty disk cache before i work , turn off hardware accelerate already but it still happening....please send help : ( 

 

 

pc spec 

 i7-8700 CPU @ 3.20GHz 3.19 GHz

ram : 16.0 GB

gpu : RTX2060

Welcome to the Community.

Do you get this issue with all the projects or a particular one? Have you tried resetting the preferences of After Effects: https://community.adobe.com/t5/after-effects/faq-how-to-reset-trash-preferences-in-after-effects/td-p/10634342

As Mylenium mentioned, changing the GPU driver is a good starting point.

Keep trying. Clearly you have issues with your graphics driver, so you have to fiddle with that for better or worse, annoying as it may be.
