adobe after effects 2023 programı hata veriyor

I was using a different email address before, but now I have encountered the same error again. I have submitted a report with the email address registered with Adobe.

There is no specific step causing the crash. Sometimes, it shuts down after working for just 5 minutes, and sometimes it closes immediately.

I have removed all third-party plugins that were installed.

My GPU drivers are up to date.

I have an installed antivirus program, and it's working.

Are there particular steps that cause the crash?

Are you entering the email address that's associated with your forums account? I just searched and there are no records of crashes being submitted under this email. 

I have been experiencing this issue for one month, and I have sent multiple emails. There has been no response.
