Adobe After Effects CC 2018 Crashing

Hello, I've noticed on the Adobe After Effects cc 2018 update that it will crash once it even tries to load my Effects and Presets. I've tried other forms but nothing has work so far, I've tried uninstall of my third-party plug-ins to see if that was the problem but it wasn't. I would post logs but I don't know where I can find them. I'm on Windows 10.

Sorry for the trouble. It will be helpful if you share us more details about the system configuration(OS version number, RAM, CPU, GPU).

Have you updated the GPU drivers to the latest version? Update the graphics driver | Windows 8, 7, Vista

What is the exact dot version of After Effects? Have you tried installing one version previous of the current version for a test?
