Adobe After Effects crashes in non-admin user session

Question

I use After Effects and it continue to crash every time I launch it.

But it works perfectly when I change my user to Administrator (Root user). I need to somehow provide some permissions inside my user session but I can't do it manually.

How can I fix it?
