Adobe After Effects CS5 crashes after startup

Hi All,

One of my client is running Adobe After Effects CS5 (Version 10.0.2) on a Mac OS X 10.7.5

It's a mix of CS5 and CS6 apps, and everything was working fine a few days ago. All of sudden we cant open After Effects. It was stuck on Initializing MediaCore before freezing, but we got resolved by Remove third-party QuickTime importers and exporters in Library/QuickTime.

Now the software loads and everything looks good for a second, before it crashes.

Tried to rename the after effects folders to get them recreated. rebooted the computer to safe mode, still same issue there.

Reset preferences for AE, deleted the preferences file.

Anyone got any tips on how to resolve this?
