Adobe After Effects Low Memory RAM Problem

 This problem appear out of nowhere when I was editing using After Effect, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop in the same time, usually this problem don't appear. First time experiencing this kind of problem, I already try several solutions but all of them didn't make any difference. [ fyi : currently im using Macbook Pro M1 14 inch 2021 / 16 GB RAM / 1 TB Memory ( 500 GB free up space ) ] if you don't mind, please help to give me several alternatives to solve this problem.     I also have same problem when I add mp3 files to the composition. Before updated there was no problem like this.
