After Downldg Assets, and Licensing,  there is still a watermark in the assets...ive tried open in app, etc

Rick thanks for you ans...I was more impressed than appreaciative...It was so easy to grip.  ok...the license issue report..(its just one of the comm on thread in wrkn w/ computers, software, etc....whatever process is supposed to be happn, gets tangled up, and w/ some persistense and a word or two pointing the way, its really a beautiful thing...Thanks again..........................ps, all of the assets finally licensed themselves after a day.....

There are 3 layers in your screenshot, none of the modified properties for the layers are showing, the third layer appears to be the same asset that is selected in the Project Panel, but I don't see anything that looks like a watermark. I'm not sure what the colored lines are. If that is the layer you are concerned about you should solo it and press the "u" key twice to reveal all modified properties. 

 

I see many assets in the Library that are not licensed. If these cane from Adobe Stock I would expect to see the Adobe Stock watermark in the comp panel.

I does cause R,  I thought  dis here was da  right place....but  ah, i wouldnt6 concern myself with summin dat dont seem to be dat much of problem, that is cept'  you....Sometime in life...the Right Question, ends up in wrong Answer.
