Adobe cep html engine 32 bit

1. I have an 64 bit operating system and also installed an 64 bit after effects cc 2020. After launching after effects why does it shows "Adobe cep html engine (32 bit)" in task manager under after effects.

2. Whenever I started using character panel or editing text, after effects starts not reponding or freezing. But without that panel it runs smooth.

Please give me a solution for both. It's been a month now. I have tried to reinstall after effects too many times from different sources also.
