Adobe Crashing On Save And Opening Explorer

This is a bizarre problem I've never encountered before.  This is an issue I'm habing in all of my Adobe programs; AE, Premiere, and Encoder.  Anytime I go into these softwares and try to save, import, choose where I want to export.... simply anytime I want to open an external folder my software crashes.

 

I have tried completely uninstalling all my Adobe products and reinstalling fresh, deleting my preferences, clearing caches, and nothing seems to work.  Has anyone encountered anything like this?

Thanks for reaching out. It looks like to be a permission related issue on the user account.

Could you try creating a new user account with admin rights and check if you are able to access Explorer with Adobe apps?

    This worked!  It's odd because I was using the other user account for months with no issues.  Not sure what changed there but regardless a new user account did the trick.  Thanks!
