Adobe CSR - Had me move files around that had caused issues, AE to crash and Media encoder to not op

I had reached out to a CSR about my Sript UI panel items not showing up when starting AE 2020 this morning.

He had me go to a few locations to move files around. After I had moved the files he had requested me. AE 2020 gave me a list of over 81 errors. When asking another to help he said, I need time to research and now I am unable to get the help of anyone due to him locking the case.

I am frustrated that an Adobe CSR would have me move files and another would lock the case. I highly doubt the second CSR is researching anything associated with my case.
