Yall have a COMPLETE WASTE OF EMPLOYEES who don't even know how to use After Effects let alone fix "fps not in real time" issue. Keep hanging up because they don't know what they're doing. My laptop is 32gb ram 1tb ssd amd ryzen it doesn't work properly yet on another one that 8gb 512tb ssd amd ryzen, it works fine here but I wanna use my new laptop. Some1 who actually knows help and not some useless [bad word removed by moderator ] person from Adobe.

What do you mean "fps not in real-time" are you sure you cache your frames before playing back?

Yes I cache it before but it doesn't make a difference. For example my original video is 29.97 fps and I play it back it goes to 19.90 or 20.97, u get yhe point. Thus happens on my higher spec laptop which is dumb because I have a low end laptop that works fine but I'm trying to use my new one.

Hi TedrosT,

As mentioned by the experts, details on your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS version) would help us to troubleshoot the issue properly. Also, please make sure that the GPU drivers installed on your computer are updated. Here's how you can check the version: https://support.viewsonic.com/en/support/solutions/articles/33000221571-how-to-check-graphics-card-drivers-in-windows-

Let us know.

Thanks,

Nishu

The standard troubleshooting steps apply: Check your graphics driver, your cache settings snd all the hardware acceleration settings. Otherwise there's no point in venting. Sure, the tech support people are not nessarily the brightest candles on the tree, but then again they are mostly trained to take care of activation issues and getting the programs running at all, not specific usage. So for what it's worth, check the things I mentioned and provide more detailed info abvout your system, your composition settings, footage used and so on if things don't work out...
